It's what it says it is!Automatic Transmission Output Shaft Speed Sensor, With 2-Prong Blade Male Terminal And 1-Female Connector

It works perfectly! I'm ordering more because this is my go to store for everything I need! I named my car soldier girl when I first got her, and that has been what she is the whole time. Rough and tough. The part came in a small meet package and it was easy to install. Thank you CarParts!

Question: where is this part located on 06 sonata? My speedometer and odometer do not work but the cruise does and the transmission works fine. I replaced the two sensors on top of the transmission but still speedometer still does not work. any help and advice pleaseJames P. / Jan 25, 2022
Hello! It's located on top of the transmission, however, I would check the fuses for your instrument cluster, as I doubt the cruise control would work if the speed sensor is not working.
MD
If I remember correctly it’s on Top of transmission close to where the tranny bolts up to motor by the firewall. Take your intake out to get to it. Tight area with the harness that right around it. Not to bad to do. Finding it is harder.
