Hi Andrew, I'm pleased to help you out. Once you receive the part, there would be instructions on where to send the core. The shipping for the return of the core is (and always has been) on the customer's outlay expenditure. Please make sure to keep the tracking number for the return of the core as proof. Once the core is received in our warehouse it would take 2-3 business days for our Accounting Department to credit you back the amount and usually 3-5 business days for your banking institution to post the amount to your account.
