Very good quality part. The old one was not disengaging properly in cold weather, resulting in a split second gear grind that would have done flywheel damage eventually. This one fit perfectly, solved that problem, sounds much stronger than the old one. Fast shipping too.

Question: I have a 1971 Buick GS 455 and am looking for an ACDelco starter. I understand the big block 455 is a 7.5 L V8. I do not see a 7.5L option for this purchase. Will this starter work on my GS?Terry H. / Nov 18, 2023
