Unfortunately the bumper I received was cracked. However, I held it together with zip ties and put it on anyway. I didn’t want to wait for another one and go through the hassle of returning it. They did give me a $75 dollar credit which was appreciated.

I'm glad to help you out. Yes, this chrome step bumper would come step pad, the bumper face bar and towing hitch installed on the face bar already. But, will not come with the mounting brackets and mounting hardware as well yet.
