Looks like OEM but, mounting holes are slightly off. Had to modify to get screws to meet up with mounting holes on the tail light.

It all comes as one assembly so don't think you can replace lens only as it is all made as one piece super easy to do

The inside housing is similar to the factory standard silver or chrome finish, not black. This part conforms with the OEM factory specifications by fit, form, material make and shape.
