It does not. Only the bulbs are wiring are included.

No but there are only two screws and two studs that hold them in. Studs are included but screws are not

I could not try that because someone had stolen the lights an snipped the original wires. The wiring that comes with the new ones plugs in to the small panel perfectly.

Mine came with everything, including the harness and bulbs. I just used the harness and bulbs that were already on my truck. It was a little difficult to get the lights to twist into the back of the housing, but it did fit and You would never know that it wasn’t the original tail light.
