Hi Manuel, Yes, this is a metal tailgate shell with same gauge thickness compared to the factory original part. This conforms with the OEM specifications with the selected vehicle application, fit, form and material make.

Hi Henry, I'm glad to assist you. No. This will not include hinges. And this is the stock replacement tailgate. The same design as the ones originally installed on the 2004-2008 Ford F-150 new body style models.
