Question: Hi Aldrin, thank you for your answer, but my question was not clear. I bought a new housing from a Ford dealer today and the sensor fits but the "plug" beside it is not deep enough to allow for total insertion of the plug and use of the clips to hold them in place. Has the plug beside the sensor become obsolete with the new housing design or is the plug still required? 2007 Sport Trac Limited , 4.0 Liter engine.Doug A. / Sep 29, 2021
Hello! I'm not seeing any notes on updated electrical connectors. The housing we sell should be "plug and play" with your original wiring
