Question: My transmission is slipping. Will this stop it?Candy / Oct 10, 2021
Hi Candice, I'm glad to assist you. Yes, a defective torque converter would cause slipping on an automatic transmission. The other causes are transmission fluid is old and contaminated, and/or too low, this will speed up that wear on tear on your gears. Once confirmed by your mechanic. Click the link below to order today and grab our affordable promo sale price offer, which also comes with a 30-day post-purchase price match guarantee. I hope this helps. Happy shopping.

Only if it is the converter doing the chatter and slipping at highway speeds/ 5th 6th lock up . Otherwise pull off a cooler line at the cooler and drain it and pull the pan. Change filter and only use Mobil 1 high performance atf . Only then will it stop slipping.
