Answered by Arnel E. / Tue, May 18Wiring harness does not line up and connect correctly to 1976 GMC model. Be prepared to
have to get out a razor knife and trim to get it to fit and still didn't lock in correctly afterwards.
Very difficult job even for the experienced. Make sure you have a long chaser wire to pull it through and dropping the steering column is a must! B+ for difficulty.

Hi Victor, I'm glad to assist you. It is because this turn signal switch is without the cruise control function. You probably need the one with cruise control (an 8-prong terminal). Upon checking, we do not have another switch option that has a 10-prong terminal to match your truck.
