Part was exactly as advertised , it was easy to order and received quickly and on time . The part was the same as new actually looked better than I thought it would . The only drawback was it didn't come with the bolts to attach it and they are not available at <a href="http://carparts.com" target="_blank">carparts.com</a>

Yes it is new and I beleive the same grade material. It looks and feels like the orginal, except new looking. It does not come with installation bolts/parts, you will have to use your orginal bolts/parts.
