Hi Kathleen, Yes, this is for each engine bank 1 and 2 for your V8 engine. Please refer to a trusted vehicle specific repair manual which can be very helpful as well.

They are rubber grommets that go on your valve cover to make sure oil doesn’t leak by the solenoid

There’s no filter involved with replacing the part . You replace the bad timing solenoid
