Hi Dwayne, Glad to assist you. It is for the front windshield. This chrome locking strip fits into the glass seal along all 4foursides of the windshield (helping) to lock the windshield in place. It is made from a rigid clear plastic material and has a chrome mylar file encased in the plastic, which provides a chrome finish.
