Fit my truck well, and the heavy gauge sheet metal was easy to weld on without warping.

These panels look just like the original bed sides. I opted to install with adhesive and steel rivets followed by a bit of bondo and topped with spray on bed liner. This idea saved me a lot of money and looks fairly decent on my 18 year old truck.
