Hi Sam, I'm glad to help you out. This part is guaranteed to fit the 2009 Nissan Altima Base, S, SE, SL, and Hybrid 4 Cyl 2.5L and 6 Cyl 3.5L with 4-wheel ABS (anti-lock braking system). This part is only for the rear. The ones for the front are a different part number. We have the complete set of 4 and it is part number SET-REPN285912-4. I hope this helps. Do I remove the back metal piece that is protecting the bearings and for the opposite side of hub, is that completely sealed or am I able to knock thru it for my spindle to go thru?George M. / Jul 21, 2020
Hello! You should leave the black piece installed. This is a rear wheel bearing, and there is no spindle or axle that needs to go through it - it just bolts straight to the spindle.
