Hi Shayla, I'm glad to assist you. We cannot determine it easily since we do not have bolt pattern info from your truck or Van to get a matching wheel spacer. You have to know the bolt pattern of your truck. I have checked our resource and I can only see one for a W150, not W250. The W150 has a 5 x 5.5 inches bolt pattern. We do not have a W250 option to check. I hope this helps for now.
