Question: I have a 2017 Ford Fusion sport 19 hyper wheel purchased from eBay and was supposed to be new oem replacement and when we had it balanced it was not new but refinished and possibly machined? It is bent because I saw them at tire store show me the wobble enough for me to feel it on the road from 40 to 100 mph.
