Answered by Aldrin P. / Tue, Apr 20That happened to me for my 01 Pontiac Grand Am which is the same GM car with different badging. I had to replace it twice also made sure to super glue the window pane to the inside of the clamps because it came out of place. Make sure nothing is blocking it from the inside of the door. You will have to remove the door cover but easy just YouTube replace Pontiac gram window regulator. Hope this helps!

Answered by Waazeer N. / Tue, Apr 20Can you hear the motor running when you hit the window switch? If you hear the motor running of the window regulator, it could just be the clips are broken. We have had to replace the clips that hold the window SEVERAL times.

Answered by Emily / Wed, Apr 21I would recommend replacing the buttons sadly they go out because of rain or melting snow will get in there and cause it to stop working. If the new buttons dont fix it then you could have gotten a bad regulator.
