Overall quality is good,
2 cons!
First it does not come with screw, so you’ll need to buy some.
Second the window motor, only have 2 connectors (ground and power) bad thing is the window now works. But it doesn’t have the smooth switch you have to click it, Everytime you want it to go down.

Had to mod my old electric motor to fit this replacement partFront, Driver Side Window Regulator, Power, With Motor, Base Model, For Models Without Tip-Switch Function, E36

The mechanism I received only had 2 bare wires on electric motor. Mine has two separate harness connectors with multiple wires in each. Luckily I was able to press out the motor drive bushing from my old one and install my motor onto the new actuator. After modding and install, the window functions properly again.
