Question: Where to locate it on my 2007 bmw 530i and what tool do I need?ElainaRae / Jul 18, 2024
Hi Elaina, thanks for initiating contact. This sensor is located on the cylinder head, typically near the front of the engine of your 2007 BMW 530i. The sensor is usually mounted on the driver's side of the engine, near the top of the cylinder head. It may be covered by other components, so you might need to remove some covers or components for better access. Tools you may need are a socket set, torque wrench, pliers, and screwdrivers. Make sure to consult a repair manual or guide specific to your vehicle for detailed instructions and torque specifications. You can use the link below to order while the part is in stock. Your order will come with a 30-day post-purchase price match guarantee. Enjoy shopping! https://www.carparts.com/camshaft-position-sensor/replacement/repb311609?can=CPGG4850_CSQA_20240718
