Infiniti Guides

The face of auto machining is in rapid change, an actual manifestation of continuous technological revolution. Improvements were shown in earlier stages, and as time runs, true sophistication and modified engineering qualities are strengthened. In the world today, Japan is one of the countries that are considered to be an epitome of technology advancement, wherein Infiniti rooted.

Infiniti is the luxury auto brand of Nissan Motor Co. Ltd. That's being sold in the markets of United States, Canada, Middle East, South Korea, Taiwan, and soon in European and Japanese markets. Only in 1989 did this brand join the very competitive business of automobiles, where America is the first to experience Infiniti's technology. Basically the platforms in the Infiniti line-up are based on the Nissan units. But apparently, due to the passion and commitment poured unto them, Infinitis were built to have the capabilities to compete with other luxury brands such as Honda's Acura and Toyota'sLexus.

Upon the dawn of Intiniti's existence, Nissan started to fill the systems under the shell of the now soaring Infiniti with dependable Infiniti parts. These auto parts are the ones responsible for making Infiniti models award winners and bring its sales in consistent growth. The Infiniti Q45 contributed much in this part. With the impressive performance of 278 horsepower generating V8 engine, 4-wheel steering and the very first active suspension system offered in motor vehicles, plus the use of interior luxury appointments, made Infiniti a real competitive rival of BMW and Mercedes as well as of Cadillac and Lincoln in the segment of luxury cars in the American market.

Nissan Infiniti coupes, sedans and sports utility vehicles were all packed with state-of-the-art equipments. In 1997, Nissan released the Infiniti version of its Pathfinder, the QX4. As the first mid-size luxury SUV, Infiniti QX4 created a new benchmark in the luxury segment. Just see how much the improvement within just several years is. Today Infiniti is offering a line-up that's comprised of models which are all pampered with premium Infiniti parts, the FX, G35, M, Q45, QX56, the products of the M30, G20, J30, I and QX4 engineering. With the combination of all the impressive attributes of those Infiniti models, Infiniti is now proud to offer an awesome ride quality in a luxury creation of harmonious sensual style, engaging technology and driving experience.

Closer Look at Infiniti Automobiles

In the automotive world, 'Nissan' isn't exactly synonymous to 'luxury'. In fact, most Nissan vehicle owners value their automobiles' dependability over their sleek looks. But all that changed in 1989 when Nissan introduced its luxury car division called 'Infiniti' to the North American market. Through Infiniti, Nissan was able to show the world how to ride in absolute style. These days, when you say you're driving an Infiniti coupe, sedan, or SUV, everyone knows that you're cruising the streets with a high-performance vehicle that looks as good as how it runs. A ride that's sleek, stylish and powered by durable and reliable Infiniti Parts, what more could any vehicle owner ask for?A rocky start in the American market didn't hinder Infiniti from achieving the success that it enjoys today. Marketed as the 'Japanese BMW', Infiniti is now one of the most popular luxury car brands in the world/ And not only does Infiniti manufacture great cars, the brand also provides the world with topnotch Infiniti Parts that are easy-to-find and easy-on-the-wallet.So whether you're looking for new transmission mounts, headlights, or mufflers, you can be sure that the right set of Infiniti auto parts can easily help restore your vehicle's original performance. Why settle for replacement components from other brands when you can get Infiniti OEM parts that easily meet all your vehicle's specifications? To Infiniti and Beyond

The 80s was the decade when Japanese automobiles started becoming popular in North America. Japanese automotive companies experienced a boom in the U.S. during this time as more and more Americans learned to appreciate cars that are more compact and less expensive than their American-manufactured counterparts. Toyota, Honda, and Nissan thrived and were able to get a sizable share of the mid-level automotive market. They didn't stop at that though-Toyota, Honda, and Nissan also looked to grab a share of the premium segment. However, luxury vehicles didn't fit with the more mainstream image of the three brands. That led Toyota and Honda to develop the Lexus and Acura brands respectively. Nissan, on the other, hand, was preparing to launch Infiniti-the company's very own premium division.

Competition for U.S. and European Brands

Infiniti's original goal was to go toe-to-toe with U.S. and European automakers that lorded over the luxury car market. Infiniti aimed to accomplish that via the release of their first two models-the Infiniti Q45 and the Infiniti M30. These two led the charge for Nissan's premium brand. Although very different from each other, the Infiniti Q45 and the Infiniti M30 were designed to compete with popular luxury models such as the BMW 7, the Mercedes S-Class, and the Jaguar XJ.

Looking Towards The Future

After two decades, Infiniti has firmly established itself in the premium automobile market. Today, the brand has turned its attention towards the future. With recent innovations such as the hydraulic body motion control system and the back-up collision intervention system, automotive consumers can expect cutting-edge technology from Infiniti automobiles.

2012 Infiniti M35h: A World Record Holder

Not many automobiles have the distinction of being referred to as a Guinness record holder. The 2012 Infiniti M35h, a full hybrid automobile from Nissan's luxury brand, is one of the select few that has made it into Guinness' records. And mind you, the M35h's record isn't for something that's as trivial as being the vehicle with the lightest side mirrors or whatnot. Instead, the 2012 Infiniti M35h holds the record of being the fastest full hybrid automobile in the entire globe-a record that Infiniti can truly be proud of. That's not an easy feat by any means.

A Hybrid of Performance and Economy

The 2012 Infiniti M35h set the world record by finishing quarter-mile runs in an average of just 13.9 seconds. The M35h was able to go beyond the 100mph-mark in each run with the help of its 3.5-liter V6 engine that's capable of 302hp and its electric motor that's capable of 67hp. This impressive accomplishment puts it a notch above its competitors such as the BMW 5 Series and the Jaguar XF and proves that performance need not be sacrificed in favor of fuel economy.

A Testament to Infiniti's Commitment to Innovation

Infiniti has brought the automotive industry many firsts. Examples of these are the hydraulic body motion control system and the back-up collision intervention system that are equipped in Infiniti vehicles. While the 2012 Infiniti M35h may not be the first manufactured hybrid car in the world, it's certainly one of the best as evidenced by the world record it holds. You may be aware that Infiniti started working on hybrids quite a bit late when compared to its competitors; but despite that, it was able to match-and in some aspects surpass-the technology employed by other automakers. Again, there's no better proof of the statements above than the Infiniti M35h.
