This item does not include the light bulbs. Please see a certified mechanic for troubleshooting.

Answered by Aldrin P. / Sat, Jan 23You must put in the bulbs yourself or consider going to a mechanic for help. We had the bulbs from mine and put them in the new taillight. Have had no problem. Maybe your bulbs need to be replaced.
