Question: what’s the bolts you use to screw in the headlight and what do you use to keep it screwed in ? can’t find itgiancarlo / Mar 21, 2022

under the hood on the top edge of the grill are two long pins sticking up through the plastic with small hex heads above each headlamp. they look like headlight aim adjusters but are actually the bolts that hold the lamps to the brackets that are fastened to the front end sheet metal. the adjusters are phillips head and accessed through 2 holes next to the pins. unscrew the pins and pull them straight up and the headlamps come out thru the front of the grille. twist out the bulbs and install them in the new lenses and push the back into the grille opening and reinstall the pins.
correct aim with the phillips head screws down in the holes next to the pins. with vehicle level the light beam should be 1-1/2 " below the height of the center of the lens at 50' in front of vehicle.
the turn signal lenses are held in with 4 #6 x 3/4" stainless pan head sheet metal screws (phillips) available at any hardware store.

Answered by Robert W. / Thu, Apr 07They are the same screws that come out of the old light assembly or the original. If you don’t have those, the screws can be found at a local hardware store.
