The bearing is good for the price that it is; no problems installing. However, upon ordering two, one was stolen while in the process of being shipped. (not carparts responsibility, i know) but when calling them to get a replacement the first customer service representative gave me an "insurance claim" 800 phone number to call and that number asked me nothing but medicaid questions, offered me free things, and hung up on me twice when trying to reach a real person(a scam?) called carparts back and explained the situation to another representative and they ordered the replacement right then and there. ??? just weird.

Hi Steve, I'm pleased to assist you. Generally, jam nuts less than 2-5/8" should be torqued to 200-300 lbf-ft, nuts with 2-5/8" and over should be torqued to 250-400 lbf-ft.
