This rear window (drivers side) window regulator from <a href="http://carparts.com" target="_blank">carparts.com</a> was an exact fit for my '92 w124 300d. At first it seemed like the bolts may have been too long and that the bolt configuartion might not line up. Once you start tightening the bolt furthest to the outside of the door the rest of the bolts line up and work perfectly. As soon as I plugged in the window switch the actuator was functioning.
Carparts shipping took 4-5 days longer than was originally estimated.

Installation was easy, and window regulator works wonderfully. This one replaced the original one that finally failed. I will be ordering the Front driver's side and passenger side regulators soon!
