Ordered this part with next day delivery. Arrived the next day at the 3rd party who installed it for me as it required specific tools/equipment to install. It solved all the issues for our 2001 ford windstar (abs and brake light on). Not sure if the shipment came with instructions how to return the core, as it was shipped to 3rd party. But what I got back from them did not contain any instructions how to return it. However it came with clear instructions what to do to install it.
