Step 1: Thread a forcing screw into the C-clamp. Make sure the screw's hex end is positioned at the bottom. Next, fit a receiving tube over the damaged ball joint and place the tube's bottom edge on the suspension control arm. Step 2: Position the receiving tube and the C-clamp on the ball joint. Make sure the clamp is on top of the receiving tube. Next, tighten the forcing screw and turn it clockwise until it touches the bottom of the ball joint.
