The main components fit like intended but the areas where the heat shield was supposed to bolt back on didn't line up. I had to make due with a couple of hose clamps so the shields wouldn't vibrate. Also, none of the threaded ports for O2 sensors had plugs in them for protection.

Answered by Aldrin P. / Mon, Apr 04Yes it includes all the necessary gaskets but be forewarned, it contains a plastic plug over hole would go to a sensor, that the installer missed - whoops - thinking it was metal and complete. Had a massive loud blowoout & power loss minutes after I left the shop, when the plastic plug melted and discharged from the unit. And had to wait while they ordered a big box of assorted, to find one that fits. Otherwise happy, the product was an exact direct fit and does the job.
