Fit perfect end to end, no leaks, but mounting brackets and heat shield bolt location are placed poorly with no consideration to the vehicle. (2009 malibu 2.4)

The converter was a good fit. The gaskets are of poor quality. Had to take converter back off and and order better gaskets.
