Hi Cedric, I'm glad to assist you. This is a universal type of performance fuel pump assembly, usually used for off road, racing or custom built hot rods with modified engines. It should work with the holley 600 carburetor. But to be accurate, please call Holley technical support team for the question if this fuel pump would work 100% on the holley 600 carburetor.
