There are good reasons why some car owners prefer to have their suspension lowered. And it’s not all for the sportier look. It also has something to do with improved aerodynamics and better traction and handling. But with all these benefits also come the risk of bottoming out, tires wearing out unevenly, and problems with other suspension parts. So if you’ll go along with this modification, it’s best that you do it with the right kit. To help car owners explore better options, we’re doing a review on the MaxTrac lowering kit. We installed one in our GM SUV, and here’s what we think.
The MaxTrac lowering kit give the suspension upgrade we wanted. The drop led to a sportier look and better handling. This fine-tuner is reliable. The components seem to be made to last, with a lifetime limited warranty to back them up. It’s not the best, but it’s an okay product to try, considering its price and quality.
