Motorcraft Wiper Motor Customer Reviews
The motor installed easily and worked as expected.
However, I expected the motor to be delivered with instructions on how to return the old unit, but it did not even include a return label. I searched the web site for information, but was not able to locate any. Finally I used the online chat to ask for assistance, and was connected to a very helpful person who submitted an RMA request for me. Three days later, I received an email with the instructions that I was looking for. The instructions were very restrictive though with a lot of warning about ways to screw up and not get your money back. Simply taping the box shut incorrectly could be used for an excuse not to return my core deposit.
