Product Questions & Answers

Q:Can this part be part of the reason that there is no fuel coming out of the injectors? Show Less
Todd D.
A:BEST ANSWERHi, No. The MAP sensor is one of the sensors used in an internal combustion engine's electronic control system. Sometimes, if your engine isn't getting enough fuel, the culprit could be your fuel pressure regulator, a fuel leak, a clogged fuel filter, or clogged injectors. But most of the time, it's the fuel pump. We highly recommend having the vehicle diagnosed by a certified mechanic to determine what part needs replacement. Show less
