Fit was exact, all mounting holes lined up. Came with both high and low beam bulbs. Both left and right required beam adjustment to properly light the road after install, identical to OEM design.

Yes, the headlight assembly is complete with housing, lens and bulbs as well as the focus adjuster at the back of the housing. This is simply plug and play once you receive it and after adjusting the standard focus setting.
